“You are adorable. A great spokeswoman for our disease. Thank you for speaking out and whether you know it or not you are taking big steps to end stigma. Keep doing what you are doing. Those coming before and after you need you.” – GentlePoet1984

“I don’t feel “alone” anymore. I don’t feel like a nut job wife or mother because I see other wives, mothers, sisters etc posting with the same issues I am dealing with. There is the horrible stereotype bipolar / depression crap in the world and it is painful and hurts. No one understands what it is like, unless they have it. I cried, literally when I found your page. I wasn’t alone anymore, and that to me is worth not deleting facebook on the days I get so manic and want to say “eff off world” and just lay in bed and cry. This support, that we all have YOU to thank for, has been a godsend. Sure Catherine Zeta Jones was diagnosed, but it’s different. When one of us can post on the page at 3 am, and know someone will respond with advise, or just listen to one of us vent, I can’t tell you enough how amazing that is. Ok, thanks, waterworks going again!” – Jennifer K

“LOVE IT! You described bipolar perfectly. We are all a little crazy but people with bipolar are just crazy in a special way lol It’s hard to explain this disorder to people or even tell people you have it <3 “ @kathleen2323

“Love your new channel! I’m watching all of your videos now. Please check out my channel too. Thanks for sharing your story. I have lived with bipolar all my life but it took me 20 years and a lot of major problems to figure it out and boy did I do a lot of crazy things that got me in trouble before I got properly diagnosed with bipolar I disorder. I love your sparking personality. Just showing that and telling your story of living with bipolar goes a long way toward beating stigma.” – @updownjunkie

“I like your approach. Problem is I’m not sure I’m bipolar. I have been watching similar channels for monthsto find this out and still am not sure I have it at a level to consider taking meds for it or even consider myself bipolar. Your approach, to me, is similar to what I’ve seen some do at work when they’re confronted with a mistake they’ve made and they just would not accept it
No matter how much evidence you throw at them they keep dodging and insist it was not their fault. Works too!

“DAMN you should be a motivational speaker or something like that. I like everything you have said and I hope more can see this video I mean damn your energy is raising through the roof! Definitely a positive aura flowing through you that can most definitely help a lot of people. I think the biggest point that you made that I loved the most is that we always have a choice and can never be stuck because our minds we have the power as human beings to change and that we are never stuck. A+!!!!” @codev114
