Affirmation Mondays: I will provide 5 – 10 affirmations every week for you to personalize as you will. It’s a great idea to write or type these out after you personalize them, and then put that piece of paper somewhere you will see it everyday (twice a day at least). The goal is to have a list of 15-20 affirmations that you will repeat to yourself twice (or more) daily. It works, I promise!
